Two short weeks after the Impact team returned home, Nepal experienced three earthquakes. The largest of which was almost a magnitude 6. In one area there has been 500 deaths and 7,000 homes lost.
The Impact Family is now partnering with local churches to help bring relief in the form of food, clothing, and prayer.

This month two of our sewing schools have started new semesters. One in Nepal and one in India making a total of 55 new students.
Tailoring is a highly marketable skill for women; especially in Nepal and India. Possessing this skill allows women to be employed or even start their own businesses.
With these new classes, we now have over 1300 students working toward self-sustainability worldwide!

Ten new cellphones were purchased last month to advance the anti-trafficking effort; allowing for more lives to be saved! This helps the team to better communicate with each other and local law enforcement to rescue trafficking victims and bring perpetrators to justice.
