The Elevate program continues to grow year after year—and in 2025, it has reached incredible new heights! When the program launched in 2018, it started with just 20 students. Today, across four campuses, 2,010 students are enrolled, each working toward achieving their dreams and transforming the narrative of their families for generations to come.

Through the era92 Fund, young entrepreneurs gain access to high-quality assets at subsidized costs, paired with flexible repayment schedules. So far this year, 40 young entrepreneurs have financed laptops—tools that will help kickstart their careers and bring their visions to life.

Elevate has also introduced a soft skills training program. To date, more than 250 young men and women have completed this intensive, weeklong training. During the course, students develop essential workplace and life skills such as communication, teamwork, and leadership—foundations that will serve them well in their personal and professional journeys.

To stay aligned with the demands of the modern digital economy, Elevate now offers a range of new courses: Music and Audio Production, AI Career Essentials, Virtual Assistant Training, Front-End and Back-End Web Development, and Content Creation. Recognizing the power of communication, the program also offers public speaking sessions to help students find their voice, build confidence, and step into leadership roles.

Finally, the program provides optional fellowship gatherings, creating a safe and supportive space for reflection, healing, and hope. These sessions focus on mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In this judgment-free environment, students can speak openly about their experiences, find strength in their faith, and be reminded of their worth and purpose in Jesus Christ. Currently, there are eight fellowship groups, with 1,500 students regularly participating.
