The Children’s home that collapsed in Kalonga earlier this year has finished rebuilding, and 60 orphans are returning home! After a long couple of weeks of displacement we are excited to announce that the children's home is back up and running.
The long awaited sewing school in Malawi has opened! This vocational school currently has 61 students, and 14 of the students are girls who have been rescued from human trafficking. This vocational school aims to train both young men and women in sewing skills and business basics.
There has been exciting progress on our building projects around the world! The new Thrive Center in Uganda is still under construction, but they are making great progress and the building will be up just in time for classes.
Similarly, construction of the safe house in Malawi began last month. In just a few short weeks this facility will house victims rescued from human trafficking.
