Carrefour, Haiti Journey

Thanks everyone for coming to Haiti. I was blessed to help and to introduce the group to Haiti. I keep thinking of the Spirit of the Lord, that was the one, constant, overarching presence on our trip. No obstacle, controversy, chaotic situation ever overcame the sweet presence of the Lord! When I think of the experience, and all the 48 different experiences that we each had, God's presence, revival, answered prayer, and changed lives tops the list. In the midst of broken buildings, tent…See More

Carrefour Trip

Hi from Mac, The school that we have supported for 5 years in Carrefour is planning to reopen on Monday, April 5. We are sending 4 20x30 party tents by airto get something over their heads. They are preparing a vacant lot, clearing the land, digging latrines, and paving the surface. This lot will hold half of the school, and the courtyard at the old location will hold the other half of the school. Here is a photo of the courtyard, post-quake with a blue tarp overhead and desks set up in the…See More

Trip to Haiti news

Here is what is happening in Carrefour, Haiti now. I just returned from 5 days there. Everyone is living in tents, all the houses are destroyed. But living in tents is different than I expected because everything from the house is now in the tent. The fridge, the television, the stove, the mattresses are all in the tent. So as much as possible people make living in a tent like living at home. The common people had very little, so their tents are small and tight considering how many people are…See More

Nation`s users, we are preparing the next journal to Nicaragua in August.

We going to visit The Jail and we`ll do “The First Christian Festival”...Will be great, they`ve never had something like that. And we`ll have more…you could visit every feeding center, where we have 100 to 500 children depending of the place… you will be able to cook for them and play with they. We will do medical brigade to attend sick and poor people, and Evangelist Crusade at night. You`ll know our beach and you be able enjoy playing and eating seafood. And we showing folkloric stores so you can buy souvenirs of you trip to our country. Hurry up! Don`t think more about that…you will not regret.

Hi Mac!

I'll give you the intro...

You can post news, which will typically sit on the homepage for a few days.

You can comment on Carrefour, which will emailed to the 51 people following Carrefour, and show up in the list of "Latest Activities" on the homepage.

And you can add pictures, which will show up on the bottom of the homepage.

After the content is up, I may also add special promos or links to drive traffic.

You can link to YouTube or wherever from inside anything you add.

Welcome!
