The trip to Bouvier was truly a blessing from God. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that we did not have to carry our backpacks up into the mountains. Mules were used to carry luggage, water, and food supplies. There were also boards and metal braces to make 15 new desks for the school. Many small children met us at the start of the hike where we loaded the mules and we were shocked to realize that these were children from Bouvier. They had left their homes early in the morning…
