Great Impact Kitchen today everyone! We made 32 frozen lasagnas for at rish youth who live independently. They typically have to go to the food bank every week. Will be delivering meals to them tomorrow!

Let's not forget putting the smiley faces on the containers of the food, just as a special touch. I'm looking forward to Thursday and Saturday that should be some amazing times.

Want to make an impact on the next generation? Volunteer to speak at colleges and universities. If you have gone on a Journey of Compassion people love to hear it. The next generation of students truly want to change the world you know. Just remember to be sensititive towards your audience.

Tomorrow night I teach a class at a local university as a guest speaker. I am invited once every semester and I get to share about building bridges to rescue lives. I also share about spirituality vs. religion just to keep things controversial. It's a lot of fun and your impact groups can grow. Just some more ideas for you all.

This is a great idea for all your impact groups. Last Sunday we had what we call an "Impact Kitchen."

What is an Impact Kitchen? This is when a group gets together to cook food just to bless people. It is a great time to share a meal but it also reminds us to focus on others. One thing we realized is that we don't have to look very far to reach out and bless others.

We prepared meals for several families including single mothers, people who are having or recovering from surgery and anybody we just wanted to express tangible love to. Best part is we all get closer in the process.

We will have more Impact Kitchens coming soon!

Last night we were able to raise enough money for 5 more women to be sponsored in the Nakuru Kenya Village! We see that 14 out of the 16 women are sponsored. Let's believe the last 2 will happen today!

Thanks for everyone who came out to our LifeNOW celebration and a special thanks to Megan and Rose for sharing their Journey of Compassion to Uganda. Thanks again everyone!

Last night with the overflow from the fund raising for Megan's Journey of Compassion to Uganda, we decided to donate and free 2 African women prisoners as part of this project: http://www.impactnations.com/group/nakurukenya/forum/topics/women-i...

Our group is going to have a presentation of Rose and Megan in Uganda next Thursday in which we will be raising funds for a Journey to Nicaragua.

Great job team!
