Hi Kelly, I'm going on vacation after tomorrow. Posting this here in case others want to help.
Reg wants 4 20x30 tents like the ones we brought on the last Journey of Compassion to get this school going in September.
Let me know how much they are; we have some money left in the Haiti fund. You can buy them from Midland, who've been generous in the past. Or maybe Cabellas.
Steph's idea is to Greyhound them to Montreal, then use Oxfam Quebec (not International) to UPS them down. Boat takes about a month (Reg needs to know when they left so he can check if they arrive). It goes through customs as a "gift".

Permalink Update from Reginald Celestin on September 14, 2011 at 8:38am Hello everyone,
I want to thank each and everyone of you for your generous support with the tents for Bouvier. I have received them and they are ready to be mount up in Bouvier. We are now trusting the Lord with you for the money to level and pave the ground. We know that He who began the good work in us is faithful to accomplish it.
Pictures and report will be sent as soon as we mount them.
Sincerely yours in the Master's service in Haiti,
Reg
Reg called and explained that Cheryl's team has decided to build with hardwood instead of using the tents for the school. So I told Reg to use the tents wisely and let us know what he did. Sounds like there are uses for 1 or 2 in Bouvier, and there's a church that's been asking for help. He'll let us know what he decides.
Thank you to all who gave to this special project. Pastor Reggie is using these great tents for many special projects. We saw them in use ourselves, when we were there in January. Reggie thought he may use them as the basis for the new school in Bouvier, however we decided to build the school in hardwood, corrugated iron and plywood - all so much sturdier - so the tents are now being used in other vital areas! Thank you and blessings! Love, Cheryl
